I use many therapy techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and self expressive therapies and journaling.

I incorporate mindfulness methods to help people handle painful or overwhelming emotions.  Also, I use neuroscience based techniques that are proving to be very effective in helping with a wide range of anxiety and depression problems.  Finally, my training in Creativity Coaching provides expressive tools for improving mood and health.

I let the personal needs of my client determine the specific therapeutic tools that I use.

I work with a wide range of populations and issues. Please see my Frequently Asked Questions page for more information about insurance and rates, or see my Contact Page for further information or to schedule and appointment.
