I use many therapy techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and self expressive therapies and journaling.
I incorporate mindfulness methods to help people handle painful or overwhelming emotions. Also, I use neuroscience based techniques that are proving to be very effective in helping with a wide range of anxiety and depression problems. Finally, my training in Creativity Coaching provides expressive tools for improving mood and health.
I let the personal needs of my client determine the specific therapeutic tools that I use.
